Today it's January 1st, 2011 and I think I can safely say that I've gained all the lost weight back and then some. Which sucks.... And the suckiest part is that it's all my fault, so I suck!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So here's my New Year's resolution: lose weight, eat less sugar (preferably no sugar) and exercise more. Not sure how to tackle the loosing weight part as I've already tried a lot of different diets: Montignac, Atkins, Sonja Bakker (a Dutch dietician) and Weightwatchers amongst others. And failed every time. I manage to lose like 6 to 8 kilos and then I get stuck....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So now, I'm trying to figure out what to do. I know it's easier for me to stay with the diet if I have a plan that tells me when I can eat what. Hmmm.... Last month was hard with waiting for all the testresults for Scott, feeling unsecure about my job because my contract ends on the 31st of October and I don't know yet if will be continued and battleing a cold. This all causes me to crack and binge on chocolate, ice cream and/or chips or whatever else is on hand. I have decided to make Wednesday my Weigh-day. Monday is dangerous as I tend to slip in the weekend.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I've been a good girl: I didn't eat anything I wasn't suppossed to, I visited the gym today to become a member and made an appointment for a health test. The health test is mandatory before you can even start working out. They will just measure and wiegh you and figure out what kind of shape you're in. Not good.....&lt;br /&gt;It's time for a change and another blog. I will use this blog to write down everything I eat: the good, the bad and the ugly. I will still be posting the recipes over on &lt;a href="http://culinairydelights.blogspot.com/"&gt;Culinary Delights&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will not quit all my online cooking/baking groups, as they provide me with relaxation: I enjoy baking too much and am not willing to give up this hobby. However I will limit myself to two recipes for &lt;a href="http://tuesdayswithdorie.wordpress.com/"&gt;Tuesdays with Dorie &lt;/a&gt;per month. &lt;a href="http://www.eatmycupcake.com/"&gt;MS: Cupcake Club&lt;/a&gt; is only monthly so that should be fine. I will try to 'ligthen up' the &lt;a href="http://barefootbloggers.wordpress.com/"&gt;Barefoot Bloggers&lt;/a&gt; recipes as much as possible and pick healthy options for my &lt;a href="http://tasteandcreate.rezimo.com/"&gt;Taste &amp;amp; Create&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;a href="http://www.cravingellieinmybelly.blogspot.com/"&gt;Craving Ellie in My Belly &lt;/a&gt;should be okay as we only make healthy recipes there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will start the Weight Watchers programme again, I am allowed 23 Points a day. Also I will start working out/sport again and do some sort of exercise once a week. On weekdays I'll go to bed at 22.30 at the latest to have a fresh start the next day.
